Physical Wellness Classes Cancelled The Week of July 2nd

All Physical Wellness Classes scheduled for the week of July 2nd have been cancelled.  

We do this to be consistent with current research that shows there are less overuse injuries that occur when a week is taken off.   When people think about taking time off from exercise, they become concerned with regression in progress and weakening of muscles. However, taking time away from exercise allows you to make progress, whether they are related to weight loss, muscle strengthening or general fitness and toning. Muscles require time to recover and rebuild.
