Additional Meditation for Mind-Body Wellness Class Added on Tuesdays

An additional Mind-Body Wellness Class has been added every Tuesday from 10am-11am in the Multipurpose Room.  The complete Physical Wellness Schedule is listed below:

Aerobics - Mondays from 6-7pm; Pilates - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6pm; Weight Training - Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-6pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5pm; Yoga - Tuesdays from 6-7pm and Thursdays from 12:30-1:30pm; Meditation for Mind-Body Wellness - Tuesdays from 9:30am-10:30am and Thurdays from 11:30am-12:30pm; Tai-Chi - Thursdays from 2-3pm
